"I always look forward to my weekly PT session with Barry, as even if I am having a bad day, Barry is supportive, encouraging and fun. The sessions have been extremely helpful in building up my strength, confidence and fitness levels, following 2 knee operations in the last 2 years. Barry works with you to understand what you are capable of, even when injured, and adapts the sessions to make sure you are comfortable, but working your body to get results. I am so much stronger than before, and I feel my netball game has really benefitted from my strength sessions with Barry.
