BESPOKE TRAINING
Hello, thank you for visiting my site. By coming here you've shown that you want to make a change to your current health and fitness levels, which for some people can be the hardest part. Whether it is to lose weight, gain muscle, improve stamina, or improve your skills in a specific sport, you have made the important first step, and I can help you complete your journey.
A personal trainer ensures that you maximise every workout's benefits by motivating and pushing you beyond your previous boundaries. This is where you see the results.
Personal training is health and fitness training that is tailored for the individual. Before any program starts, I will discuss in your free consultation and lifestyle questionnaire exactly what your goals are, what exercise you have done in the past, how much time you have, and any current health issues. As I am fully qualified in GP Exercise Referral, I can provide training programs for people with the most common conditions.
You will then receive a carefully tailored program that you can follow in your own home, garden, or open space, so you can exercise with confidence, with no intimidating visits to the gym.
I will supply all the equipment, from weights to resistance bands, medicine balls, kettlebells, and much more to make sure every session is challenging, interesting, and, more importantly, takes you from your comfort zone.
Still not convinced....

Whatever your age, there's strong scientific evidence that being physically active can help you lead a healthier and even happier life.
People who do regular activity have a lower risk of many chronic diseases, such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes, stroke, and some cancers.
Research shows that physical activity can also boost self-esteem, mood, sleep quality, and energy, as well as reduce your risk of stress, depression, dementia, and Alzheimer's disease.
Given the overwhelming evidence, it seems obvious that we should all be physically active. It's essential to live a healthy and fulfilling life into old age.
It's medically proven that people who do regular physical activity have:
-
up to a 35% lower risk of coronary heart disease and stroke
-
up to a 50% lower risk of type 2 diabetes
-
up to a 50% lower risk of colon cancer
-
up to a 20% lower risk of breast cancer
-
a 30% lower risk of early death
-
up to an 83% lower risk of osteoarthritis
-
up to a 68% lower risk of hip fracture
-
a 30% lower risk of falls (among older adults)
-
up to a 30% lower risk of depression
-
up to a 30% lower risk of dementia
These are just some of the benefits, you have nothing to lose…
