Anca Fitness Training

I've been training with Barry for four years (or maybe more?... I forgot when I started!) 

Why have I stayed with my trainer for so long? Because, aside from the release of endorphins after every session, the intensive muscle training, the burpees which I actually really enjoy (shush, don't tell him!) there have been countless belly laughs too. Very good for your abs! I leave every training session smiling and I don't think many can say that

Emma Fitness Training

​I have been training with Endurefit for 2 years and have seen a massive change in my fitness and motivation to keep exercising. Training each week is varied and challenging, there is a good range of machines and equipment and the atmosphere is friendly and encouraging. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for PT sessions!

Lynn Fitness Training

My fitness and stamina has greatly improved since I started training with Barry.  I have also PB’d at 5k,10k and half marathon and have quicker recovery times. No 2 sessions are the same so no chance of getting bored!

Jade Fitness Training

I have been training with Barry for the past 5 years. I originally went to him to help me rehab my shoulder from an operation. I wanted  to get it stronger once again so I could get back to riding horses.. over the years he has kept me fit, strong and injury free.  He has always been my biggest cheerleader through my running career. Helping me all the way to running my first 100km ultra. He’s always humoured me when I come to him with silly ideas.  From running ultras to riding in a horse race.  My latest one is competing in a triathlon next year. Thank you Barry

Jess Fitness Training

I always look forward to my weekly PT session with Barry, as even if I am having a bad day, Barry is supportive, encouraging and fun. The sessions have been extremely helpful in building up my strength, confidence and fitness levels, following 2 knee operations in the last 2 years. Barry works with you to understand what you are capable of, even when injured, and adapts the sessions to make sure you are comfortable, but working your body to get results. I am so much stronger than before, and I feel my netball game has really benefitted from my strength sessions with Barry. The sessions are tailored to you, your goals and your progression and Barry will never ask you to do anything he doesn’t think you’re ready for. He also knows when you can lift heavier but will always ask you how you’re feeling with any weight or exercise. I can definitely see a difference - I’ve lost half a stone! I’ve even got my mum seeing Barry for sessions and we really enjoy a joint PT session. Despite how difficult a workout may feel, you always find yourself smiling, having a laugh, or even a bit of a therapy session (if needed!) with Barry. Hence why, even though I have moved away from the area, I still travel 50mins for PT with Barry. Tracy Fitness Training

I have been training with Barry for a while now and my fitness has improved no end.  Every week is a challenge and it amazes me at the end that I manage to complete all tasks set.  He is very motivated and keen to help you work to the best of your abilities, which at times have been challenging. I cannot recommend him enough.
